Your Roster and its details
We use our software to analyse your roster so we can calculate your rates depending on many things. These include:
- Your Home base location
- Your DEP and ARR locations
- Your turnaround times
- Your layovers
- Your STBY times
- and many other things.
To send us your roster in the correct format you must send this to us as you get it from your employers software. It must not be a photocopy of the roster as this will not work with our software.

Please follow the instructions below to send us your roster correctly.
It needs to be a writable PDF. The way to check this is to see if you can select the text on the PDF. The image shows how to do this. Once you have it in this format just email it to us and we will do the rest.
Open up your roster, it should be a .PDF file and you should be able to select the text with your mouse like the video. If you can then its the correct format and you can just send it to us.
